Returns Policy
Returning Items Purchased Online
We are happy to refund or exchange items provided they are returned within 60 days of receiving your delivery, in their original condition (including packaging) and with no signs of excessive use or damage. Please include a valid receipt or dispatch note. Refunds will be issued to the original method(s) of payment.
Returns Procedure
To return an order placed on Ticostravels.com or Ticostravels.co.uk:
Complete the returns section of your dispatch note, selecting a Returns Reason Code and indicating whether you prefer a refund or replacement.
Repack the item in its original packaging (if possible) and attach the pre-paid returns label (if applicable).

Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order any time between placing it and up to 14 days after receiving the goods.
If the goods have been dispatched, return shipping costs will be your responsibility.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of postage.

Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged:
Complete the returns section of your dispatch note and return it as outlined above.
To expedite the process, email a photo of the damage, your order number, and details to hello@ticostravels.com.
Please retain all packaging and damaged goods until the matter is resolved.
Late or Missing Deliveries
We will replace or refund items delayed or lost in the post as follows:
15 days after dispatch for UK Standard Class.
10 days after dispatch for UK 1st Class.
Courier refunds or replacements will only be processed if tracking shows non-delivery. Delays caused by customs or the recipient are excluded.
Additional Notes
We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items that show signs of excessive use or damage.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
All returns must include proof of purchase.
